About Lumi

Lumi, a prominent company based in Riyadh, is seeking an HCM Business Partner to join its team. This full-time role is designed to serve as the primary Human Resources contact for the Logistics department, establishing a vital link between business operations and Human Capital functions.

Role Overview

The HCM Business Partner will collaborate closely with Logistics leaders to effectively manage all people-related matters and support the department's strategic business objectives. This position is crucial for providing actionable workforce insights through the development and analysis of HR data and dashboards, thereby contributing to informed decision-making within the Logistics function.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR partner and dedicated point of contact for the Logistics department.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, providing essential HR guidance and support.
Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate effectively with various HR teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of HR services to the Logistics department.
Lead and implement HR initiatives focused on enhancing the overall employee experience and improving business performance within the Logistics function.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of professional experience is required for this role.
Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role is preferred.
