Head of Business Analysis

Noon Academy is seeking a Head of Business Analysis to lead the overall strategy and execution of its Schools Program. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves overseeing program design, implementation, partnership management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement to maximize educational impact across participating schools. The position requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define the program vision and multi-year plans in alignment with Noon Academy’s objectives. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure student outcomes and oversee curriculum and delivery frameworks.
• Program Implementation & Management: Lead cross-functional teams, manage program rollout, timelines, quality, and budget for nationwide school programs.
• Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with partners, funders, and government entities. Prepare necessary reports and presentations.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: Track and analyze performance data to drive evidence-based improvements. Share insights and success stories from the program.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead staff members. Foster a high-performance culture and encourage innovation in digital learning and student engagement.
