To support this growth and ensure robust legal protection, the company is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Legal Contracts. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role of Head of Commercial Legal Contracts

The Head of Commercial Legal Contracts will lead and manage all commercial contracting activities across the Group. This role is critical for ensuring strong legal protection across business transactions and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key part in safeguarding the Group’s legal interests, managing contractual risks, and supporting overall business growth through effective legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee franchise, distribution, and agency agreements.
• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and investment activities.
• Manage all commercial contracting activities across the Group, including local and international agreements.

Strategic Legal Oversight

This position requires a professional capable of providing strategic legal oversight for all commercial dealings. The Head of Commercial Legal Contracts will ensure that all contractual arrangements align with the Group's objectives while mitigating potential legal exposures. The role involves a proactive approach to legal protection and risk management within a dynamic business environment.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial legal contracts.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing commercial contracting functions within a corporate setting.
