About ALTANFEETHI

ALTANFEETHI Company was established in March 2021 with the mandate to manage and operate 27 terminals across all airports in the Kingdom. The company aims to become the preferred choice for VIP travelers and a key destination around the Kingdom's airports, operating under a new brand identity.

The Role of Head of Operational Excellence

ALTANFEETHI is seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading initiatives to standardize and improve operational practices across terminal operations. The Head of Operational Excellence will be responsible for ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance through robust documentation and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the development, review, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for terminal operations to ensure consistent practices.
Oversee the creation and upkeep of operational process documentation and work instructions to maintain clarity and consistency across terminals and shifts.
Manage the Ground Operating Manual, ensuring it remains accurate, current, and compliant with GACA requirements through controlled amendment cycles.
Ensure alignment between the Ground Operating Manual, SOPs, and work instructions to maintain coherent operational documents.
Support HSSQE in audit readiness by providing accurate documentation and manual content for regulatory submissions and inspections.
Manage operational communications to frontline teams via approved channels, ensuring alignment with Corporate Communications for clear, timely, and consistent instructions.
Lead operational improvement initiatives through process analysis and standardization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Embed improved processes into procedures and documentation through post-implementation reviews and audits to sustain adoption.
Build improvement and problem-solving capabilities across operational teams using standardized methods to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Advise operational leadership on procedural gaps, standardization needs, and improvement priorities to support sound operational decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or quality management roles.
Demonstrated experience in governing SOPs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to drive standardized improvements across multi-site operations.
