The Opportunity: Head of Real Estate Development

Masan is seeking a Head of Real Estate Development to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the entire real estate development lifecycle, from initial concept to project handover. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including site identification and feasibility analysis.
Lead concept development and coordinate design, construction, and handover activities.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to align with Masan’s focus on unique living spaces, sustainability, and market expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct strategic planning for the development portfolio and monitor project performance.
Lead cross-functional teams and report on project progress and financial outcomes to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sustainability practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Work Environment
