The Role of Head of Real Estate Funds

Yaqeen Capital is seeking a Head of Real Estate Funds to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, senior leadership position responsible for the origination, structuring, and management of real estate fund products. The role focuses primarily on commercial and income-generating assets, contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
• Lead due diligence processes and financial analysis for potential investments.
• Oversee fund performance, reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with asset management, investment banking, and advisory teams to develop fund strategies.
