Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) is an established insurance provider in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Head of Regional Sales – Central & Eastern Region to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for leading our regional sales operations and strengthening our market presence.

Role Overview

The Head of Regional Sales – Central & Eastern Region is responsible for leading and overseeing all regional sales operations across the Central and Eastern regions of the Kingdom. This role focuses on driving profitable business growth and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives in line with ACIG’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will manage regional sales teams, cultivate relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and business partners, while ensuring compliance with company policies and the regulatory requirements of the Insurance Authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales activities across the Central and Eastern regions to achieve premium growth and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the Company’s overall business objectives.
• Drive new business acquisition while maximizing customer retention and portfolio growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, key accounts, and strategic business partners.
• Monitor regional sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, implementing initiatives to maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, company policies, and the regulations of the Insurance Authority.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Broker Relationship, Marketing, and other support functions to deliver customer service.
• Prepare regional sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for senior management.
• Lead, coach, develop, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Promote a customer-centric and performance-driven culture throughout the region.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in sales leadership within the insurance sector.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead regional sales operations and achieve growth targets.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading teams and operations across the Central and Eastern regions.
