Converge is partnering with a leading regional FMCG organization to recruit a Head of Sales. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for leading the sales function and driving commercial growth across the Kingdom.

Role Overview and Strategic Impact

The Head of Sales will be instrumental in shaping the commercial direction for the Saudi market. This involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, fostering high-performing sales teams, and strengthening key relationships with customers and distributors to expand market presence and enhance sales capabilities within the non-food FMCG sector.
