About the Role

Options Executive Search is seeking a Head — Transmission Line for a leading global EPC player in power transmission and distribution. This full-time senior leadership role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the high-voltage transmission line business across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Head — Transmission Line will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-voltage line projects in Saudi Arabia. This includes overseeing all phases from planning and engineering through procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. The role carries full P&L responsibility for the business unit and requires acting as the senior relationship owner with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-voltage transmission line projects across Saudi Arabia, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Assume full P&L responsibility for the business, including budgeting, cost control, revenue management, cash flow, and profitability.
• Build and maintain client relationships, with a particular focus on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, client standards, contractual obligations, and project HSE requirements.
• Lead project managers and cross-functional teams, optimize resource allocation, and resolve critical project issues.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, set strategic direction, and drive operational efficiency for sustained business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power transmission and distribution, specifically in high-voltage transmission line projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large-scale EPC projects.
• Proven track record of P&L management and business development.
• Strong understanding of Saudi regulations and industry standards.
