Role Purpose

The Health Safety And Environment Officer supports and maintains a secure workplace by identifying potential hazards, monitoring safety protocols, and actively working to prevent incidents and accidents. This position is critical for upholding safety standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all HSE rules, regulations, and established standards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential workplace hazards.
• Verify adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and safe work practices.
• Perform regular site inspections and comprehensive safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports on findings.
• Monitor and evaluate emergency response procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and deliver essential safety training sessions.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions, recommending effective corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and comprehensive documentation.
