Role Summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Health Safety Coordinator Nightshift to join a leading contractor on a major building project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining robust health and safety standards during night operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly Health & Safety inspections across all projects within the assigned area, generating detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support on all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) matters to personnel at all levels, including managers and engineers, ensuring practical and compliant leadership.
• Monitor and audit contractors to ensure adherence to agreed safe systems of work, as detailed in Work Method Statements and Site-Specific Instructions, including compliance with their H&S Policy.
• Accompany Contractors Management during site visits, offering guidance and advice on any safety-related concerns.
• Initiate immediate cessation of any work deemed unsafe or presenting a safety hazard to individuals, contractors, or others potentially exposed to risk.

Required Qualifications

• An engineering degree is mandatory.
• A recognized health and safety qualification is essential.

Essential Experience

Candidates must possess 5-10 years of suitable experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator on major construction projects. This role requires a proven track record in managing safety protocols within large-scale building environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically requiring availability for the night shift. The role involves working on a significant building project, demanding vigilance and proactive safety management during non-standard hours.
