About Al-Enjaz Company and the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Horticulturist to join our operational team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on contributing to our greenhouse operations and ensuring optimal plant health and growth within our facilities.

Role Purpose

The Horticulturist will be a key member of our team, responsible for the comprehensive care and management of plants within our advanced greenhouse facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining horticultural standards, ensuring optimal growth conditions, and contributing to the overall success of our plant cultivation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform essential plant care activities, including transplanting, pruning, and general cultivation tasks.
• Implement routine Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies and activities to maintain plant health.
• Regularly monitor and inspect irrigation systems to ensure efficient operation and proper water delivery.
• Assess and maintain overall plant health through consistent observation, diagnosis, and timely intervention.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse or horticulture environments.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of comprehensive plant care techniques and horticultural principles.
• Proficiency in conducting irrigation system checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

• Strong practical skills in plant cultivation, propagation, and general maintenance.
• Ability to effectively identify, diagnose, and manage common plant pests and diseases using integrated pest management techniques.
• Keen attention to detail for consistent monitoring of plant health, growth patterns, and irrigation system performance.
• Problem-solving abilities related to plant care and greenhouse environment optimization.
