About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Hostess to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a welcoming and organized dining experience. The Hostess plays a key part in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and determine their party size.
• Seat guests at clean, available tables, ensuring appropriate place settings and current menus.
• Guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and settings, including organizing seating for groups with special requirements.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest well-being and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships with team members and support common goals.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies, reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: No related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• Licenses/Certifications: None specified.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
