Role Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a range of cleaning functions and plays a key role in ensuring all hotel spaces meet high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
• Refilling and maintaining cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas throughout the hotel.
• Performing additional duties as required to ensure hotel spaces provide a positive guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related field. Success in this role requires adherence to fundamental operational standards and physical capabilities to perform the duties effectively. Essential requirements include:

Tasks involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these physical tasks consistently is crucial for guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations.
