HR Operation Specialist

About the Role

Aqua-Tots Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Operation Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing various human resources operations, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes within the organization. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle employment contracts, Iqama procedures, and work permit applications.
• Administer medical insurance processes for employees.
• Manage transactions and compliance with government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce.
• Prepare HR reports and support employee relations initiatives.
• Oversee various government transactions related to HR operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and managing employee records.
• Proven experience with employment contracts, Iqama, work permits, and medical insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in HR reporting, employee relations, and government transactions.
