HR Operations Supervisor Role

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of payroll, government compliance, and employee lifecycle transactions. The HR Operations Supervisor ensures accurate processing of compensation and benefits for the refining and corporate workforce in strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law. The position requires meticulous management of government portals including Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI to maintain regulatory standing. The HR Operations Supervisor will report directly to the HR Operations Manager and will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across all HR systems, driving operational efficiency by standardizing processes for onboarding, offboarding, and visa management while ensuring zero compliance gaps. Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Validation: Validate monthly attendance, overtime, and shift differential data to ensure accurate payroll processing for all employee categories.
• Government Compliance: Manage all interactions with MHRSD platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad to ensure timely visa and wage protection compliance.
• Employee Lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including medical checks, Iqama issuance, and final settlement calculations.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee master data in the HRIS to support reliable reporting and audit readiness.
• Team Supervision: Supervise HR coordinators by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training on regulatory updates.
• Audit Support: Provide documented evidence of HR transactions and compliance measures during internal and external audits.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current HR workflows and implement standardized procedures to reduce processing time.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Finance and HSE departments to align payroll inputs with cost centers and safety certification requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the mining, refining, or manufacturing sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with the Jisr system.
• Certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD Level 5.
• Track record of successful audit management in HR operations.

Performance Metrics

• Zero violations in Wage Protection System submissions over twelve months.
• Payroll error rate maintained below 1% per cycle.
• 100% timely renewal of visas and work permits for expatriate staff.
• Improvement or maintenance of Green/Platinum Nitaqat status.
• Reduction in average onboarding processing time by 20%.
• Completion of digital archiving for all active employee files.
