About the Role

Albwan is seeking an HR Personnel Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an individual with strong practical experience in managing and overseeing all operations related to employee affairs, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee files and ensure continuous updates of their data.
• Prepare and renew employment contracts, and follow up on all associated procedures.
• Monitor employee attendance, departure, vacations, and absences.
• Implement procedures for employee appointments, commencement of work, contract renewals, and service terminations.
• Oversee medical insurance and other employee-specific insurance matters.
• Track and manage employee residencies (Iqamas), work permits, and their renewals.
• Prepare official letters, introduction certificates, and other necessary employee documents.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all HR operations.
• Generate periodic reports related to personnel affairs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in personnel affairs.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• High-level organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated accuracy and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
