About the Role

This role at Red Bull Mobile Saudi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is an opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on Human Resources experience. As an HR Specialist – Tamheer, you will support the HR team in delivering day-to-day operations and employee services. This position is designed to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a fast-paced and innovative organization.

Role Summary

The HR Specialist will contribute to key people initiatives and gain practical experience across various HR functions. This includes involvement in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR administration, engagement initiatives, and compliance. The role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, working closely with cross-functional teams.

HR Operations Support

• Support daily HR administrative activities and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and other administrative correspondence.
• Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support attendance tracking, leave administration, and HR documentation.

Recruitment and Talent Support

• Assist with job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain applicant records.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Eligible for the Tamheer Program through the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
