With over 15,000 employees across 25 countries globally, and more than 1,400 colleagues in 33 cities and towns across the Kingdom, Diaverum combines extensive global experience with a strong local presence. The Role: Human Capital Operations Specialist

Diaverum Saudi Arabia is seeking a Human Capital Operations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and is central to ensuring the efficient functioning of Human Capital processes. The specialist will contribute to a reliable, responsive, and forward-looking Human Capital Operations department, focusing on delivering essential services while also improving operational methods through clearer processes, better data, and digital tools. This position supports the daily operations of the Human Capital function, ensuring employee-related processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract administration, employee letters, transfers, changes, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality within Human Capital systems.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, documentation, and employee service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on payroll input, benefits administration, government platforms, and other employee-related requirements.
  • Support policy implementation and ensure consistent adherence to established processes.
  • Guide employees and managers through Human Capital processes with clarity and professionalism.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and basic people analytics as required.
  • Foster a service-minded Human Capital culture built on reliability, confidentiality, and care.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this role is structured, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong service mindset. You take pride in ensuring accuracy, following through on tasks, and providing clarity for others. Understanding the importance of confidentiality, you recognize that trust is established through consistent and reliable actions. Critically, you view Human Capital Operations as a service that empowers individuals to perform their best work, rather than merely a series of transactions.

Impact of the Role

This role offers a direct connection to patient care. By ensuring Human Capital processes run efficiently, clinic teams can dedicate more time to patients and less to administrative tasks. This is not a back-office position; it provides significant scope, involving processes that affect every employee within the organization. The Human Capital Operations Specialist will observe the direct impact of their contributions and be part of a Human Capital function that is evolving and becoming more integrated with the business objectives.

Application Process

Candidates who value structure, prioritize service, and aim for their work to create clarity for colleagues are encouraged to apply. All applications will be reviewed.
