Human Resources Officer

About the Role

TÜV AUSTRIA GCC is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and daily HR operations.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. This position involves contributing to the full employee lifecycle, from initial recruitment efforts through to ongoing administrative support, helping to maintain efficient and compliant HR practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection activities.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies.
• Coordinate and arrange job interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts.
• Manage employee onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Provide administrative and ERP system support.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to support daily HR operations and team collaboration.
