About the Human Resources Internship

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a motivated graduate for a Human Resources Internship in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, particularly those with a background in Talent Acquisition, who are looking to gain practical experience within a dynamic retail environment.

Role Overview

The intern will join the Human Resources department, focusing on areas related to Talent Acquisition. This role provides an opportunity to understand and contribute to the recruitment processes and talent management strategies of a major retail company. The internship aims to develop foundational HR skills and provide exposure to real-world HR operations.

Key Focus Areas

While specific tasks will be assigned upon joining, the internship will primarily involve exposure to and support for functions within Talent Acquisition. This includes learning about candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and other related recruitment activities. Tamheer Program Requirements

This internship is offered under the Tamheer program. Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Not registered in GOSI for a minimum period of six months.
• Must possess a bachelor's degree.
• Have not been registered previously under the Tamheer program.
