About the Role

Carrier is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures and written or oral instructions.
• Complete assigned tasks within scheduled times while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
• Update customers regarding work progress, outstanding issues, and recommendations.
• Complete Job Completion Certificates, Job Cards, EH&S surveys, and daily timesheets.
• Inspect HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Repair and replace defective components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance and service records.
• Adjust and maintain electrical and electronic control systems.
• Clean coils and blowers, check motors, and adjust belt tensions.
• Prepare inspection reports, technical recommendations, and scope of work documentation.
• Estimate labor hours and required materials.
• Identify workplace hazards and apply appropriate safety measures.
• Follow EH&S policies and procedures at all times.
• Escalate technical or safety issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Attend regular EH&S and technical training sessions.
• Safely rig and set up gantries for lifting equipment, including pumps and chillers.
• Manage machinery tools, encompassing pickup, delivery, usage, and inventory.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of an integrated team and work independently when required.

Required Technical Expertise

Candidates must possess minimum product knowledge in the following areas:

• DX & Airside Equipment
• Reciprocating Chillers
