you will be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel. This role will require performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects.
Responsibilities:- Manage all maintenance issues within the hotel.
- Administer daily maintenance checks and repair mechanical equipment to ensure an excellent experience for guests and members.
- Conduct lift emergency release procedures as needed.
- Maintain quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensure the safety of all hotel fixtures and fittings, taking action on unsafe situations.
- Develop and manage emergency and energy conservation programs for the property.
- Oversee renovation projects including bidding, defining costs, and managing contractors.
- Responsible for health and safety in the hotel with regular inspections.
Requirements:- Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to high customer service standards.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:- First Aid certification.
- Vocational training in engineering or a related field.
