Our Role in the Saudi Market

Strategic Gears functions as a knowledge hub for the Saudi market. The firm publishes monthly reports on the Kingdom’s economy and key topics across both public and private sectors. These reports include annual coverage of the Saudi budget, macroeconomic performance, labor market, digital transformation, and AI, among other subjects. Founded in late 2015, Strategic Gears has grown to over 240 employees across its branches.

The IE Consultancy Position

Strategic Gears is seeking an IE Consultancy professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on contributing to the firm's consulting services and supporting its engagement with clients in both the private and public sectors.

Key Contributions

• Contribute to the delivery of consulting solutions in areas such as Strategy, Marketing, Organizational Excellence, and Digital and Technology.
• Support projects related to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Engage with clients across various sectors, providing professional consultancy services.

Location and Work Type

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time position within the Strategic Gears team.
