Role Overview

The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of inbound warehouse operations. This includes direct supervision of inbound staff, ensuring strict compliance with established operational and safety standards, and maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy. The role involves overseeing all receiving and put-away activities, coordinating effectively with internal departments and external suppliers, and ensuring the smooth, efficient execution of daily inbound processes within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all receiving, inspection, and put-away activities, ensuring strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assign daily tasks and priorities to the inbound team to optimize operational efficiency and workflow.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support the ongoing professional development of inbound staff.
• Manage team schedules, track attendance, and resolve daily operational issues within the inbound section of the warehouse.
