About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking an Information Analytics Senior Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and plays a key role in developing and maintaining robust analytical solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using platforms such as Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Cube, and Evidence, applying data visualization best practices to create intuitive and impactful analytical products.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers, translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytical requirements, performing data exploration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform validation testing and reconciliation to ensure report accuracy, consistency, and reliability, investigating and resolving data discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, business definitions, and KPI catalogs, defining development frameworks, reporting standards, and governance guidelines.

Stakeholder Engagement and Self-Service Analytics

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs, gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain certified datasets, reusable reporting assets, dashboard templates, and analytical components that support self-service analytics.
• Support business users in accessing, understanding, and utilizing self-service analytics capabilities, promoting data literacy and effective use of BI platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data readiness and reporting accuracy.

Required Technical Expertise

Candidates must possess advanced experience with Power BI, Looker, and SQL, coupled with a strong understanding and application of data visualization best practices. Experience is required in developing dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for business stakeholders, as well as working with semantic models, certified datasets, and self-service analytics environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Reporting.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions.
