Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supervising and coordinating various infrastructure works, reviewing technical drawings and submittals, and ensuring efficient project execution on large-scale developments.

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in overseeing critical infrastructure components within significant development projects. The position requires a focus on technical review, coordination, and on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with project specifications and local standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise roads, grading, utilities, stormwater, sewerage, water, irrigation, and external works.
• Review infrastructure shop drawings, profiles, calculations, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate utility networks with buildings, landscape, public realm, parkways, and authority connections.
• Monitor earthworks, trenching, pipe installation, testing, backfilling, pavement, and road construction.
• Resolve utility clashes, level conflicts, and interface issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, authority approvals, and network connections.
• Support as-built verification, commissioning, and infrastructure handover.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of infrastructure engineering or supervision experience.
• Proven experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Strong experience with roads, wet and dry utilities, stormwater, sewerage, water, and external works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi codes, municipal requirements, and utility-authority standards.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
