About Maison Care and the Role

Maison Care is seeking a Female Inside Sales Representative specializing in Skin & Hair Care to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is based within our dedicated women-only beauty and care center. The position involves direct client interaction to explain, recommend, and sell a range of skin and hair care treatments and products.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a key point of contact for female clients within the center, guiding them through available skin and hair care solutions. The representative will contribute to achieving sales objectives by effectively matching client needs with suitable treatments and products, ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome female clients and assess their individual skin and hair care needs.
• Provide clear and professional explanations of available treatments, services, and products.
• Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
• Conduct direct sales of treatments and products within the center.
• Work towards and achieve established sales targets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider center team to deliver a premium client experience.
