Integration Specialist

About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking an Integration Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on managing and supporting integrations between Ninja, its brands, and external partners. The specialist will be responsible for onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and activation processes for new and existing brands.
• Set up, configure, test, and maintain various integrations.
• Coordinate with external partners regarding branch mapping, menu setup, configurations, and activation.
• Troubleshoot issues related to integration, API functionality, menu synchronization, order flow, and availability.
• Monitor integration-related cancellations and identify recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.
• Handle and follow up on high-impact and key-brand issues until they are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of integration activities and share insights on recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Integration, Technical Operations, Technical Support, Partner Operations, or a similar technical role.
• Good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting technical and integration-related issues.
• Experience working effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in E-commerce, Food Tech, Delivery, or SaaS industries is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on supporting Ninja's quick-commerce operations and partnerships.
