Arabian Oud, a prominent name in the fragrance industry, is seeking an International Operations Supervisor to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and plays a critical role in managing the company's global operational footprint.

Role Overview

The International Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities across all international markets. This role ensures the smooth execution of operations, maintains consistent operational alignment, and facilitates effective follow-up with country teams and various internal departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor operations across international markets, acting as the primary coordination point between the Head Office and country teams.
• Track operational performance, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective action plans and execution timelines.
• Maintain centralized tracking of projects, operational actions, risks, and pending items across all markets.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and facilitate issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, replenishment processes, and supply chain challenges that may impact store performance.
• Prepare executive reports detailing performance metrics, operational risks, pending actions, and key business updates.
• Support international projects and strategic initiatives, including new store openings, market expansions, system implementations, and commercial activations.
• Oversee trademark registrations and renewals across international markets in coordination with legal advisors.
• Support franchise and wholesale operations, ensuring full operational compliance and alignment with company standards.
• Ensure all markets comply with company policies, established operational procedures, and reporting standards.
• Identify potential operational risks and proactively escalate critical issues, providing recommended solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
• 4–7 years of demonstrated experience in operations, international retail, or multi-country business environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic international operational setting.
