About the Opportunity

Hays is partnering with a boutique investment banking firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which operates as part of a prominent family office. The firm is seeking an Investment Banking Manager to join its expanding team. This full-time role offers an opportunity for an experienced Saudi National banker to contribute to a well-backed, entrepreneurial platform known for its strong deal flow and close connections to a leading family office.

Role Overview

The Investment Banking Manager will be responsible for leading and executing various financial mandates. This position involves managing transactions from their initial origination through to successful closure, working within a dynamic environment that requires direct engagement with senior stakeholders and family office principals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute mandates across IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and general advisory services.
• Lead financial modelling and valuation activities for various transactions.
• Manage the full deal execution lifecycle, from origination to closing.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and principals of the family office.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking.
• Hold valid CME1 and CME5 certifications.
• Demonstrate a strong track record in IPO, M&A, and advisory transactions.
• Exhibit excellent financial modelling skills.
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
