The Investment Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The core purpose of this role is to identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities that are strategically aligned with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and market analysis.

• Stay current with regulatory developments and market trends within the Saudi real estate sector.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate investment or a closely related field, demonstrating a solid track record in managing investment portfolios and transactions.
