About Elm Company and the Role

Elm Company is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to supporting the development and execution of investor relations and sustainability initiatives. The specialist will enhance engagement with investors and stakeholders, ensure effective disclosure practices, and monitor market and ESG developments to provide strategic insights that strengthen the company’s market positioning, transparency, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the company’s investor relations strategy and annual plan, contributing to investor engagement initiatives.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, fact sheets, and communication content, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.
• Support disclosure activities in accordance with applicable regulatory and governance requirements.
• Contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives, integrating ESG considerations into business and reporting activities.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting and disclosures in line with applicable frameworks and standards, monitoring ESG-related regulations.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking, analyzing financial, industry, and ESG trends to support management decision-making.
• Support initiatives for different shareholder and investor segments, assisting in responding to inquiries and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows, supporting relationships with analysts and market participants.
• Monitor analyst reports and market feedback, preparing reports for senior management regarding investor sentiment and market developments.
• Support the preparation of the Annual Report and related governance disclosures.

Investor Relations and ESG Focus

This role involves a dual focus on fostering strong relationships within the investment community and advancing the company’s sustainability agenda. The specialist will actively support the integration of ESG considerations into corporate strategy and reporting, aligning with corporate, national, and international priorities. A key aspect will be identifying opportunities to improve sustainability performance and ensuring compliance with related obligations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience and Essential Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, or related finance functions.
• Demonstrated experience in financial performance analysis, investor presentations, market analysis, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and disclosure requirements.

The Investor Relations Senior Specialist will operate in a full-time capacity within Elm Company's Riyadh office. The role requires adherence to all relevant departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
