IT Finance Manager

About the Role

SAB is seeking an IT Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing financial operations within the IT department, ensuring compliance, and optimizing costs. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Departmental Focus

The IT Finance Manager will be a key part of the IT Finance department, responsible for overseeing financial processes, vendor relationships, and contractual agreements. This position supports the department's strategic financial planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT Finance, vendor management, invoicing, and telecom expenses.
• Oversee IT contracts, including renewals, amendments, and financial commitments.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Manage service charges, accruals, amortization, Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounts, and P&L reporting.
• Support IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial, procurement, and governance policies.
• Manage and develop the IT Finance and Vendor Management team.
• Resolve contract and invoice-related issues, discrepancies, and payment delays.
• Handle vendor escalations related to contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to resolve contractual and financial issues.
• Identify financial risks and cost optimization opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in a relevant financial role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the IT Finance department at SAB. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments and external vendors.
