About Flooss and the IT Manager Role

Flooss is seeking an IT Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time, on-site capacity.

Role Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation, security, and reliability of Flooss’s technology infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring that the company's systems are robust, secure, and scalable, supporting its mission-driven environment that values innovation, user-centric design, and responsible financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Coordinating effectively with vendors for IT services, hardware, and software.
• Handling hardware and software procurement processes.
• Ensuring timely maintenance and upgrades of all IT infrastructure components.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements as needed.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Implementing best practices for data security and backup to protect company assets.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to support application deployment.
• Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Leading small IT projects or initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and user experience.
• Guiding and supporting internal stakeholders with IT-related requests and issues.
• Contributing to building resilient and scalable technology foundations for the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar IT management or senior IT support role.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferably, experience gained within the fintech or financial services sector.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated capability in managing IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
