About the Role

People Group Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and involves leading enterprise IT operations, driving cybersecurity and digital workplace initiatives, and providing essential support for a rapidly growing business with expansion plans.

Role Overview

The Senior IT Manager will function as a hands-on technology leader, responsible for combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. The role operates within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, focusing on delivering robust IT solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT operations across multiple offices and business locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking, servers, and modern workplace technologies.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure for new office openings, business launches, and corporate events.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, and third-party vendors.
• Provide executive-level technology support and ensure meeting rooms and collaboration technologies operate seamlessly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team while fostering a service-driven culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing multi-site IT operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within the real estate, construction, or another fast-paced multinational environment is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic international organization.
