AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure and users.

Role Overview

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across the company, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related hardware. This role involves both proactive maintenance and timely response to technical issues and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, CCTV, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to service issues and technical support requests from users.
• Provide technical assistance and support across various departments within the company.
• Determine the root cause of technical issues and communicate solutions effectively to users.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles, and manage password-related issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, including diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Support the implementation and roll-out of new applications and software.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the IT Support Officer will work within a dedicated team to support the company's operational needs.
