About the Role

AVALON Pharma is seeking an IT System Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Identity to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on the management and support of Microsoft 365 services and identity solutions within the organization's IT infrastructure.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments and associated identity management systems. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of cloud-based productivity tools and secure identity practices to ensure robust and efficient IT operations for AVALON Pharma.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Implement and maintain identity and access management solutions, such as Azure Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Monitor system performance, security, and compliance for Microsoft 365 and identity platforms.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365-related issues and identity-specific challenges.
Plan, execute, and document upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices for system security and data integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT system engineering, with a dedicated focus on Microsoft 365 and identity management.
No driving license is required for this position.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within the IT department of AVALON Pharma, contributing to the stability and advancement of the company's digital infrastructure.
