Koinz is a social food ordering application based in Saudi Arabia, designed to integrate coffee and dining experiences into a lifestyle platform. With over million sign-ups, Koinz functions as a platform for Gen Z and young consumers to discover brands, earn rewards, and share food-related experiences.

Role Overview

Koinz is seeking a Junior Business Development professional to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves identifying and securing new restaurant partnerships, building relationships, and converting leads into active collaborations. The successful candidate will contribute to expanding Koinz's network of restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential restaurant and F&B partners through various communication channels, including calls, messages, and direct visits.
Establish and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
Present Koinz and articulate the value proposition of the platform to prospective partners.
Manage leads, ensure consistent follow-up, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Conduct meetings, assist in negotiations, and facilitate the onboarding of new partners to the Koinz platform.
Work towards achieving acquisition targets while continuously developing sales and communication proficiencies.

Candidate Profile

Fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated strong communication skills and an interest in sales.
Confident and proactive in initiating conversations with new contacts.
Organized, target-driven, and motivated by achieving objectives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to conduct fieldwork.
