The Role of Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Unifonic, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic enterprise customers while driving business growth. This full-time position involves managing key accounts, understanding customer business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value through Unifonic's solutions. The role requires serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and developing strategic account plans to ensure customer success, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Creating and executing strategic account plans.
Identifying opportunities for account expansion through additional products and services.
Conducting regular business reviews and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with Customer Success and other internal teams to maximize customer value.
Maintaining accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM records.
Identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
Building relationships with prospective enterprise customers through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
Leading commercial discussions and solution presentations.
Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and supporting the sales process through deal closure.
Contributing to achieving the team’s revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Exceptional relationship management, strategic thinking, and strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrated strong business development and solution-selling capabilities.
Proven experience in executive stakeholder management and strategic account planning.
Ability to identify growth opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and achieve commercial targets.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.
