About the Role

Diversey is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing assigned F&B customer accounts, ensuring customer value through expert technical service, and driving revenue retention and profit margins. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary objective of this role is to create customer value and identify opportunities for product growth within existing accounts. While new business acquisition may occur, it is not the core focus. This position directly impacts customer retention, sales revenue, and gross margin, playing a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Errors in this role could affect contract renewal or customer perception.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned F&B customer accounts.
• Deliver technical service and application support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products within assigned accounts.
• Maintain pricing discipline and achieve gross profit targets.
• Analyze customer needs and usage trends to recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare account reviews and performance reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, marketing) to fulfill customer needs.
• Ensure full compliance with company safety and ethical standards.

Job Complexity

This role involves working independently on moderately complex service and account management tasks. The Key Account Manager will conduct root cause analysis, prepare service recommendations, and implement corrective actions. Interpreting technical data and performance metrics to drive customer success is also a key aspect. There may be opportunities to mentor or guide junior team members.

Experience Required

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector.
