These solutions cater to residential, commercial, and public environments, supported by operations and partners worldwide. Cibes Lift is currently establishing its direct presence in Saudi Arabia.

The Role: Key Account Sales Executive

Cibes Lift UAE is seeking a Key Account Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on developing sales opportunities and building relationships within Riyadh's luxury residential and design community. The role is integral to growing the Cibes brand during its initial market-entry phase in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Cibes premium home lift solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and consultation through to quotation, negotiation, and order closing.
Work towards achieving a target of approximately two lift orders per month.
Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, contractors, and other key accounts.
Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, site visits, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, virtual demonstrations, and site visits as required.
Maintain disciplined follow-up on all active leads and opportunities.
Accurately update the CRM system daily and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and customer requirements.
Coordinate closely with Cibes management, technical, and operations teams.
Represent Cibes professionally when engaging with premium and high-net-worth customers.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

3–5 years of successful sales experience.
Preferred experience in selling premium, luxury, technical, architectural, automotive, real estate, interior-design, construction-related, or other high-value products.
Lift or elevator sales experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Proven ability to develop leads, manage a complete sales cycle, negotiate effectively, and close high-value orders.
Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Possession of a valid Saudi driving licence.
Demonstrated professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, discipline, and a results-driven approach.

Work Environment and Expectations

This position requires the ability to work independently, including visiting customers and project sites, and conducting professional presentations using digital tools, samples, and technical support provided by Cibes. Travel within Riyadh and Saudi Arabia may be necessary. A shared office and meeting facility will be available in Riyadh when required.
