The Role of KPI Specialist

SSCL is seeking a KPI Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing, implementing, and managing performance measurement frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and organizational improvement. The specialist will analyze key metrics, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with various departments to align KPIs with strategic objectives. This position is critical for providing actionable insights through analytical reporting and fostering a performance-focused culture to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks to effectively measure and monitor organizational performance.
• Collect, validate, and analyze performance data to evaluate key metrics and assess progress toward strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with departments and business units to identify relevant and meaningful performance indicators aligned with operational priorities.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and visual presentations summarizing KPI results, trends, and insights for management review.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all performance data and reporting processes.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and process effectiveness based on KPI analysis and performance findings.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on KPI tools, reporting systems, and data interpretation techniques.
• Ensure all KPIs are aligned with organizational goals, strategic plans, and performance management frameworks.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in performance measurement and data analytics to continuously improve KPI systems.
• Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance measurement or data analysis roles.
• Certification in data analytics or performance management is preferred.
