Role Summary

The Lead Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical commissioning activities for mechanical systems, particularly within data center environments. This role ensures the operational readiness, reliability, and performance of complex HVAC and chilled water infrastructure through rigorous testing and verification processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning of Data Center HVAC and Chilled Water Systems.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Pre-Functional, Functional, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Perform testing for CRAH/CRAC Units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Heat Load.
• Execute mechanical system redundancy, failover, and reliability testing.
• Verify BMS integration, controls, alarms, and sequence of operation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and commissioning. A minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience is required, specifically in the commissioning of complex mechanical systems, ideally within data center environments.
