About Noon - Education for Everyone

Noon Academy is a leading edtech platform in the Middle East, serving over 12 million students and teachers. The company recently secured $41 million in Series B funding to expand its regional and international reach. Noon's mission is to transform the physical classroom experience through engaging social, group-based learning and AI, aiming to enhance learning efficacy and provide access to top educators, even virtually. The company is focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia, operating from its full-time office in Riyadh.

The Role: Learning Operations / Automation Manager

Noon is seeking a Learning Operations / Automation Manager to lead the operational aspects of content delivery for its Science curriculum. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, is central to ensuring high-quality educational content is produced and delivered consistently. The position focuses on managing a team of specialists to reliably ship content under pressure, rather than individual curriculum design. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Learning Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of four Design Leads covering Biology (Tahsili), Chemistry (Tahsili), Science (Middle School & Nafes), and Bio & Chem (International), along with content creators and a QA contractor. This includes setting goals, conducting 1:1s, providing feedback, supporting growth, and hiring for open positions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end science content roadmap, defining what content is built, in what order, by whom, and by when, across Grades 7–12 for both National and International tracks.
  • Establish and maintain the operating cadence, including capacity planning, production planning, prioritization, and unblocking issues to ensure a smooth multi-subject, multi-grade content pipeline.
  • Define and uphold quality standards in collaboration with Learning Excellence and Head Teachers, implementing design standards, review gates, and QA workflows.
  • Utilize learning data (Exit Ticket, Diagnostic, End-of-Chapter, Learning Gain) to inform and improve future content development, in partnership with Data and Learning Excellence teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional delivery by ensuring effective handoffs and collaboration with Head Teachers, Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Experience, and School Operations teams.
  • Drive scalability by developing templates, trackers, playbooks, and review rituals to increase content volume efficiently, including the integration of AI-assisted content production.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams of specialists to deliver projects or content reliably under pressure.
  • Proficiency in operational management and delivery processes, distinct from individual curriculum design or academic writing.
  • Ability to define and implement operational systems and processes for content production.

Work Environment and Impact

This is a full-time, Riyadh-based position, located near the Boulevard. The role offers significant scope from day one, involving management of four Design Leads, a contractor pool, and six programs across Grades 7 through 12 on both National and International tracks. As a new position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to define the operating system for science content production at Noon. The role provides a direct reporting line to the Head of Learning Operations and close collaboration with the Chief Learning Officer, with clear metrics for success in learning gain, exam outcomes, and delivery reliability.

Application Process

Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications for this role.
