Asas Althbat is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the complete leasing cycle, contributing to improved occupancy rates, and ensuring a professional experience for tenants.

Role Overview

The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end leasing activities, from initial lead management and property viewings to contract negotiation, signing, and coordination of unit handovers. This position is central to accelerating leasing cycles and maintaining high standards of tenant interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and qualify leasing leads from various channels, including calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online portals, maintaining an organized pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct property and unit viewings, effectively presenting unit features, lease terms, and company policies to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms within established guidelines and efficiently finalize deals.
• Prepare accurate and complete lease offers, contracts, and all related documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and property management teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy and to facilitate smooth handovers.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to enhance conversion rates and minimize vacancy periods.
• Support renewal and tenant retention activities as needed.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Monitor market prices, competitor offerings, and tenant feedback to continuously improve leasing performance.
• Provide weekly leasing reports detailing leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy rates, and revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a leasing or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a leasing pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing lease documentation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a results-driven individual capable of working independently and as part of a broader property management team.
