About the Leasing Supervisor Role

الرصيص لإدارة الاملاك is seeking an experienced Leasing Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and developing the leasing team, with a primary focus on driving occupancy and revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire leasing lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, an outstanding customer experience, and continuous team performance improvement within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the leasing team to achieve established occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee the complete leasing process, from initial inquiries and property viewings to negotiations, lease execution, and unit handover.
• Monitor individual and team performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Review and approve pricing strategies, leasing offers, and special promotions in coordination with management.
• Supervise lease renewals and new lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze occupancy rates, conversion ratios, leasing reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Property Management, and Maintenance teams to maximize occupancy and streamline operations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop leasing staff to enhance both sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi real estate regulations, company standards, and the Ejar platform requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate leasing.
• Possession of a valid FAL License.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of the Ejar platform and relevant leasing regulations.
• Good understanding of the Saudi real estate market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
