Role Overview

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing and supervising building maintenance activities to ensure the infrastructure is safe, reliable, and efficient. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and aims to minimize operational disruptions while complying with GMP, EHS, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities with the Production department and other relevant teams.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, and scheduled shutdowns.
• Ensure optimal building conditions, including civil works, painting, epoxy flooring, lighting, doors, and access systems.
• Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to technical specifications, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety requirements.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and work to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide engineering support for building improvement projects.

Required Experience
