The Role of Maintenance Engineer

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and supervising building maintenance activities to ensure the infrastructure is safe, reliable, and efficient. The engineer will work to minimize operational disruptions while adhering to GMP, EHS, and company requirements. The ideal candidate will embody values of innovation, continuous learning, compassion, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance activities with the Production department and other relevant teams.
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and scheduled shutdowns.
Ensure proper building conditions, including civil works, painting, epoxy flooring, lighting, doors, and access systems.
Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety requirements.
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and implement solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide engineering support for building improvement projects.
