About the Role

NHC Innovation is seeking a Management Reporting Sr. Specialist II to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to enhancing our financial reporting capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to lead the preparation and delivery of comprehensive management reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis. The specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of management information through robust data consolidation, continuous enhancement of the reporting framework, and strict compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, and all relevant regulatory requirements within NHC Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain chart of accounts mapping and reporting structures to ensure standardization and consolidation of financial, program, and corporate reporting.
  • Design and continuously enhance management reporting templates, dashboards, and performance scorecards for executive management, Board committees, and regulatory needs.
  • Lead the consolidation and validation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data from Accounting, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level management dashboards covering KPIs, budget variance analysis, operating costs, capital expenditure tracking, and key financial performance indicators.
  • Prepare high-quality structured management reports for leadership and Board committees, including trend analysis, benchmarking, and forward-looking financial insights.
  • Support the preparation of statutory financial statements in full compliance with IFRS and SOCPA standards, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proper disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including ZATCA obligations such as Zakat, VAT, and Withholding Tax (WHT).
  • Conduct detailed reviews of financial reports to ensure alignment with IFRS updates, SOCPA standards, and evolving regulatory disclosure requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors by providing required schedules, supporting documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Implement robust quality assurance reviews over reports, dashboards, and reporting packs to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Integrate audit findings, regulatory feedback, and management comments into reporting cycles to continuously enhance reporting quality and governance maturity.
  • Recommend and drive improvements to reporting processes, templates, and methodologies in alignment with IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA, and Ministry of Finance updates.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in management reporting practices, including standardization, automation opportunities, and enhancement of audit trails.
  • Ensure secure archiving and governance of financial reports, supporting schedules, reconciliations, and disclosure records in compliance with retention requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead reporting processes and ensure compliance with financial standards.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data consolidation, financial modeling, and performance indicator analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and automation in reporting practices.
